Refund policy

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered. Please contact us before returning your item.

Eligible items

Returns should be unworn and unwashed, in the condition received, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Please provide proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit applicable rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

Start a request

Email info@victoriavarietybronx.com with your order number, item and reason for return or exchange. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, include details and photos where possible. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label for eligible requests. Victoria Variety covers return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges, including size or change-of-mind requests.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Exchanges depend on availability; if your requested item is unavailable, contact us to arrange an alternative or refund.
